Engine management light and lots of codes!!!!!!!!!

Got a micra 1.2 auto k12 for my auntie to drive and the ems light keeps coming on and displaying the following faults.
P0705 PNP SW/Circuit
U1000 can com circuit
U1001 can com circuit
P0011 Intake VTC bl
p0705 is gear tick controller i believe, can errors most likely bad earths on the vehicle.
Po011 can be anything from a cam/crank sensor to stretched timing chain.
Car runs lovely no rattles or anything which would suggest timing chain but faults reappear shortly after deleting the codes.
Help????
 
deleted codes again and drove around only recuring codes now are:
P0705 PNP sw/CIRC
P0011 INTAKE vtc b1
P0705 IS PRESENT BEFORE THE ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON P0011 BRINGS LIGHT ON AND LIMP MODE.
