Electric windows circuit breaker

Somewhere buried under the dash should be a circuit breaker for the electric windows...

Anyone know where it's actually located on a 2001 car!....Tried umpteen different Nissan dealers, most denied that it even existed - the others didn't know where to find it!

Anyone seen it!

The breaker is in the linked image - what bracket is that attached to!
