door hinges

my front door has had a knock and needs replacing, currently the door sits perfect, it doesnt drop at all, what causes the door drop is it something on the door, or a fixing on the car? i dont want to fit a replacement door and find it has dropped, is it something inside the actual door that causes the door to drop?

the hinge...........so if you just replace the door to your existing hinges that should be ok
