I found dark blue metallic hood from one of the breakers in eastern Finland.
Too lazy to remove hood to fit it inside of vehicle.
Does anyone know does hood of K12 fit inside of Micra, with only the driver on board?;)

Here in UK we call the hood a bonnet mika. It would fit on its side probably with rear seat down.
Is that in the correct paint code I thought yours looks like a cornflower blue.
Visit a breakers should put that on my to do list.

sparky2018,
I know, you call it bonnet, trunk = boot, lorry = truck, lift = elevator, petrol = gasoline...?
You also have near side and off side. Left and right sides of vehicle are proper words regardless side of steering column...?
6 years in sunny San Diego of CA of US of A has effected to my Finglish directory!

No, dark blue metallic isn't correct paint code to the rest of the vehicle, that's the whole point.
Some one here has picture of tan/beige Micra with black hood/bonnet.
So, just an idea with light blue Micra with dark blue hood/bonnet...? ;)

Yes and wings are fenders.
The two colour look with bonnet and roof is a good thing it sets a cars looks off well. The bonnet bumper and wings seem to clash a little when using black.
Your method will probably work better as it's not so different be nice to see how it looks when installed.
