coolant level

hello forum when i remove my radiator cap on my micra the coolant level is right up to the top of the radiator this is when the engine is cold is this normal

yes (unless you have binned the expansion bottle :wasntme

no the tank is still there and the level of that is just short of the max level so everything is ok then
