Clear indicator lenses

Has anyone come across clear side repeators and clear front indicators for the March ST?

Not clear fronts no, but you can buy pretty much any universal side repeaters in clear, of a similar shape to the K10 ones and just swap them over. They might need sticking on instead of securing into the hole on the wing.

The ST uses the same clear side repeaters as the K11 pre facelift, which can be found on ebay:

I found some diamond style K11 clear indicators on ebay. The seller is always getting hold of very rare micra parts. He usually has quite a few items for the March.
