Central Locking hit and miss

Hi all,

I wonder if any of you chaps can help with a little problem I have with my K12. Occasionally when I press unlock on the fob the passenger door won't unlock. It does this with the boot too. If I lock, unlock, lock, etc enough times it eventually works though.

Is this a common problem?
