So do you know anybody that can do that at the expense of me searching for a mechanic? Or maybe a forumer who is a mechanic that can do it so I'd give my business to them. :p

I'm still weighing on who to go with for the RWC, so yeah...

And does QLD transport need to see the car in the flesh at the time of registering? Cos it'll have no plates and I'll get pulled over!

if QLD is anything like NSW, u can legally drive the car unregistered for the purpose of getting it registered - so if ur taking it for a RWC, then u'll be fine, or ur driving to QLD transport 2 get registration u'll be fine.. i don't think u'd have any dramas bro...

Get the details of bluey, ie: build date, vin, colour and go to Queensland transport and get a day pass so you can drive it to a place of destination for a roadworthy certificate should be about $80 i did that when I brought a datsun 200B
Where's the guy that you work with, for $50? :(
