Hi one and all this is just a quick introduction to my newest addition a 1.0 micra.
Brief history of the car; it was owned by my grandfather who moved onto the k11 from his previous k10 and nissan cherry before that. I found the vehicle for him back in 2005ish was a part ex at friends garage one old lady owner done 12,000 miles. My grandfather took great care of the car always serviced and only ever driven to shops and longest journey to my folks a 6 mile round trip. Sadly my grandfather passed away at the start of this year leaving me his little micra. As it turns out an ideal gift as I am currently restoring a 1972 gt beetle and having sold my 206 gti to fund the restoration I was currently lacking a second car for odd trips out for the little one. The micra currently sits at 25,000 miles and all of those driven by two 60+ owners shes like new lol. Few quick pics of when I got her
Being a build it not buy it person I started on the changes; all grey bits black all chrome bits black, debadge, clear indicators and remove front lenses, quick sort of wheels. Then gave it a good clean all over, including machine buffing and deep polish. Few pics as it stands sadly it wont stop raining but will get some better ones once made some more progress and weather clears up.

So thats where most of my time and money gets swallowed up that and a 3 year old. But smitten by the micra a fun little car. Have springs coming next week and a good few changes still to be done.
