Battery secure clamp

Here is a something I'm trying to use a battery securing brace.
So I have just gotten this and tried it all of one way that it could possibly fit it might go down the centre across middle but I was hoping it would just tighten up be secure without that much troubles.

One may ask why do you even need one long story short apparently my car battery could jump out like a jack in the box.
Not sure why it's been secured every journey.

I will show this bracket I'm going to call it and move on quickly to I have found something less bulky that will secure the battery from the lower area.
Needs cutting and making more friendly.
Anyhow I was going to ask what is used normally, (official nissan).
Atm my battery is held with one small and a really large washer with a 13mm bolt.
I been looking for a plastic block that I've seen on other models but was unable to find the for nissan.
In the last image I'm showing what I would normally expect to find.
This would do the job as well as anything.
Reason posting this question as the battery was loose and managed to become an advisory.

Found an original wonder if anywhere stocks those..

Thanks novo, just asking a few breakers online to see what I can get one for can't afford a new one after buying the metal clamp that didn't work.

Done I've used the second item in the image shown cut it down with grinder rounded the edges off then formed a curve that presses into the lower part of the battery.
It holds okay, Im going to add thread lock onto the bolt next so it is less likely to vibrate loose.
Did take a short while about 30 to 40 trying to get the bracket to fit snug.

May later remove the battery tray and drill some holes to take the first brace that I have shown this would give a much more secure hold on the battery from sides giving 3 secure points and only one bolt in original location.
