Bad Sound from the engine. help

So the other day I drove through what I thought was a small flood however it ended up being quite deep (seawater). I drove my car home after this because I was heading home and it all sounded alright and fine. However yesterday when I started it up there was a sort of clunking sound coming from the engine bay, now I didn't drive it or look at it as I didn't have time and just got another way to work. But today when I started it up the noise changed. It now sounds sort of like something is rubbing. The intake looks sort of wet as well all through the pipe to the filter. The video is what it sounds like. Any ideas that I can do myself, I'm not really a mechanical guy. I've also only had this car for a month. Thanks.

The pressure from driving through flood water may have loosend something, if you can take the car to an exhaust centre for a "free safety check" and they will check under the car for you?
