Anyone tried a clay bar on their paintwork?

One of the best things you could do to your paint. I do it to all my cars about two to three times a year.
Claying will actually remove all prior wax/polish so best to finish it off with a polish and wax. I use Meguiars color X after claying and then meguiars tech wax to finish. Comes up a treat.
If you get keen then invest in a Meguiars G220 DA polisher, makes it so much easier than doing it by hand!

Yup, always clay my cars as well. Gotta be careful though that you use plenty of 'lube', otherwise you could inflict damage to the paintwork.

Also, lil tip, if you drop the clay bar on the ground, bin it, don't use it again. Also, tear a new clay bar in half, and use one half, that way, if you drop it, you've still got the other half to go back to. And also, once it starts going grubby, or you see any signs of grit in the clay etc, fold it over and use the other side.
