4-2-1 Exhaust Manifold Options.

I want to upgrade my current stock manifold on my K10 and it looks (and most probably is) very restrictive. I know buying one for an MA10 is pretty much impossible but what about modifying one from another car.
For example for the K11 you can use a rover K-series 4-2-1 (i think lol, from what i've heard anyway)

Any idea's guys? What have you used?

Rover k series is probably the cheapest option for a diy effort

Heard that a Peugeot 106 1.4 8v manifold is a good fit (port spacing wise) Has anyone one else heard this or am i just talking rubbish! :L
