2010 Visia MOT Fail - Lambda Readings too high

Hello all - My 2010 car only has 32k miles on it and has just had its first ever MOT fail due to fast idle lambda readings being too high [1.2 compared to limit of 1.03]. Any suggestions as to best fix? Garage said a fast run with some fuel cleaner might do the trick. Also any suggestions as to the best place to find a used offside rear light unit?

I'm also after a reliable Nissan indy garage in South / South West London - any recommendations?

Try some MANNOL 500 ml Octane Plus Performance Booster Petrol Fuel Additive Super Benzin, off ebay, mix with petrol and give car a good run down motorway once car is upto temperature, this should clean out the build up of gunk in the system, car with that low mileage for it's age will need a good run. also change the air filter if you are able.
