Thats sooooo wrong. If anything they should make an example of the prick. No-one can be 'Honing thier Skills' at that speed, and really are you in control at 160mph?
He should be made to pay a hefty fine, and also be banned for lofe from driving. Who cares if he is the Police Forces best driver. Clearly from this his isn't.

Its the bit below that i found even more shocking, the fact he's admitted to breaching 60mph in a 30 zone and he's got away with that too. No matter how skilled a driver you are, you wont be able to stop when a child runs out infront of you car... Absolutly no hope of survival at that speed at all

He is also a fire arms policeman - maybe he should go do a bit of target practice on some swans.

No justice at all.
I used to be a courier for one of the major couirer companies.
I was on 9 points and got caught doing 39 in a 30 zone.
Went to court with full backing from the company saying if I was to be banned I will loose my job etc etc.
The Bas***ds still banned me for 6 months.
No justice at all.
