99% sure there wouldn't be a problem with the 4".

No welding or cutting will be required. The exhaust is a straight swap for the standard one. I fitted mine in around an hour using nothing more than a basic tool kit and lots of WD40. Whether you get the 3" one or the 4" one is up to your personal preference. The one in that link is the 3" tip.

I had this on my car, would recommend it. It is just the back box, so doesn't replace the entire length of exhaust under the car, just a part of it. My advice would be go for the 3" tip instead, it fits perfectly in the standard Nissan cut-out in the bumper and looks more subtle than 4", which...
