yeah the micra engine loom had been played with, i never got the opportunity to see it coming out of the micra either!

Mine :confused: The micra engine i put in was an unknown quantity, but I have had the mini for years.

ecu fuse?

I have a non nats ecu and wiring in the mini at the moment and it works great, only trouble is it burns a bit of oil on hard acceleration (bottom end) and has an oil leak somewhere. So the plan is to pull the engine and box and drop in the mini and scrap the micra (assuming the lump is good)...

hmmm. I guess I will try and take a look after christmas then.

Looking at buying a local 1.3 96 Micra. Will it have NATs and if it does which NATS will it be? Thanks all.

Its got the standard inlet on at the moment, recessed the bulkhead a small amount.

Not drove it yet, redoing the dash at the moment, but got next week off so all being well she will get her first outing very soon.

standard apart from huge itg airbox, frankspeed mani, decat and stainless fletcher exhaust

Cheeky video I did today now its running and I have sorted a few niggles out.

Oops just realised i forgot to update this. Gearbox now holding oil thanks to Frank and tiny piece of spring steel :D She now starts and runs as well. Need to check ignition timing and a few other things then I can tidy up the wiring and refit the dash and steering column.

Ah thats good. On a different note that pic just confused me, i was wondering how you managed to get a picture of my floor til i realised it was your wooden flooring exactly the same as mine. lol

I did consider making one but i think it needs to be proper spring steel which i dont have, i dont think my wire coat hangers will quite cut it. would hate for it to disintegrate inside the gearbox. I looked at my mini ones and they are quite a bit smaller in diameter. Motor factors could be an...
