Back into the Micra game it seems. But looking to build a CGA3 to place into a RWD application. Mk2 Escort for Rallying.
It’s been a good few years since I’ve been on here. But my Micra used to run the maniflow system with the longer group a headers and then the rest of the system was built in 1”3/8” I believe which had a Benefit over a normal 2” upgrade.
Had mine on the standard inlet for rally regs...
Just a query before I put my new engine in, going to setup the brake and fuel lines within the car, just wondering if I'm going to use nickel copper brake lines and braided fuel lines what size do I need to be using? didn't realise the is so many different sizes to choose from.

New engine all built up internals wise taken me a steady 10 months lol, Managed to sort out the cam timing of the group A cams, Just waiting for my uprated injectors to be ultrasonically cleaned then will rebuild my inlet manifold also have my Ashley...

I'm going to be running a set of 773's, and if I can increase the shrouding around the valves to increase my comp CC by another 1 to 1.5 hopefully I'll be OK, do you know how much these head gaskets can take Frank?

Bore Dia- 72.145mm

Dave I have considered others, it was just after speaking with Peter Vaughan (who can map them) said if you could track down a Pectel it would be the best for the standard loom.
