I need a new rack after a little accident, but looking on Nissan parts there are apparently 2 manual racks for the pre face k11. One for models fitted with wider tyres and one standard. I'm gonna buy second hand off eBay, so does it matter which I fit?

As I can't do anything else because I'm waiting for parts I decided to start stripping the alternator down so I could paint the case and also because I like to learn how these things work. First thing I've noticed is the brushes are below the 10mm threshold mentioned in Haynes so need...

jsperformance mate. They're not listed under Nissan though, they're under 45 degree bends or something (site search). And they were £170... haven't received them yet like.

Did a bit more painting. Purple is lighter than the pictures, to co-ordinate with my full purple silicone hose kit that's on order :)

Evening all, Long time no post! I used to frequent the forum back in 2005 under the name nitesite i think, when I had a black rear disced SR (which I regret getting rid of) and then a yellow modded Inspiration. For the past 8 years I've been driving a modified C4 VTS 180, which is very quick...
