Thanks ive sorted it now the earth was gone and also the wire from the battery to the alternator but its all fixed and working now :)

Done it the wires from the alternator and the battery was dead everything works again now dunno how its done that when i took the stereo out though lol

the two main lives to the fuse box are dead aswell

I think it may be the red wire that goes to the ignition because a bit of the plug is burnt, would it be this and if it is what else would be burnt out?

I have a Nissan Micra K11 I have had a after market stereo system in it before but now i have took it out and put it back in it wont work it seems like the live isnt passing through to the stereo and it takes a while for the car to tick over for the brake lights come on when i press them Im not...

My Nissan micra K11 had a aftermarket stereo system and blue led's in the clocks which worked fine together. I was going to swap it for a 53 plate Corsa so i took all of my stuff out. Then I decided to keep the car so i sorted it out again and now the stereo wont work and neither will the dash...
