I have had a look on http://www.hillclimbandsprint.co.uk/allabout.asp and think i will probably join this club! Had a look and a lisence is £33 and club fee is £46, not too shabby! I have seen some of your videos you posted up, looks like awesome fun! Hopefully there will be a suitible...

My car wont be on the road until November though :( thats when im swapping insurances and cars :( Would you be interested in Hillclimb/Sprint events?

I guess that would be a track day type event? I don't think my car will be ready for that :(

So are you part of a club? Would be brilliant to have a few people from here entering them regularly! What cars do you compete against? And what are the license requirements?

Is there a group on here that attend sprints and/or hill climb events? If not... Who would be up for it? I think most events only take Clubs?

Exactly my thoughts! Did learn a lot from it to be honest... Just can't wait to get my micra back I the road, its horrible having it there and not being able to use it! I'll keep this updated regularly

He would eventually! Well... Approx £15 for the car, £9k injuries to my passengers, £2k for breaking a telegraph pole, and various other charges for them having to close the rode etc...

I will try and keep this updates as much as i can :) Unfortunatly not :( its my older brothers, however... he has moved out so i may take ownership without him knowing :P

I first owned this micra in 2007, and started this blog - http://www.micra.org.uk/threads/guyh08s-red-k11.29288/ I then decided to sell the Micra in 2009 and purchased a Twingo RS 133 Cup, but infortunatly after 5ish weeks, smashed it in to a tree and wrote it off causing £29k damage in total...

Is it set for the correct amount of cylinders?

Oh i nearly forgot! Any ideas what do to around the gear stick? i dont want the standard gater. Will it pass MOT as it is? The mounting plate has some sharp edges?

Aweome peopel! Thanks for all the feedback... i went to B&Q and got some 3mm hard board and used the old door cards as a template to cut around, going to get some thin foam and cover in some material. The skate tape and carbon wrap for footwell sounds good, i am not farmiliar with the skate...

I have just stripped the interior of my micra As you can see there is some mess left in the footwell from the carpet/insulation - this will be removed. I am not 100% sure what to do in the footwells? Surely it will be too slippy without any matts? Also the doors, would they need to be...
