Thanks for reply. I suspect a Tps fault as the car has very unresponsive throttle. I wanted to back probe the Tps while slowly moving the throttle to take the readings. Mine is the Bosch Tps which has no adjustment, it's a plug and play type.

Hi all, looking for some help with Tps plug. I unplugged the Tps connector which has 3 wires the centre wire is the earth, but the 2 wires either side are reading 5 volts on my digital multi meter. Not sure why this is??. Any advice welcome, thanks in advance.

Hi, give them a good spray of wd40 or similar leave overnight to soak in, then use a hot air gun with extreme care, regarding fuel lines, electric cables, etc, don't rush it, spay again if needed and heat again, good luck.

Hi, you are going to have to methodically work through every possible cause, are you getting a spark at the plugs, are the plugs wet with fuel? Is the engine management light on ?

Hi all, went to my k11 1.0 2000 model this morning and it wouldn't start, orange engine light was flashing. I pulled out the fuses for ecu to check if they had blown, bit of a wild guess, they hadn't, when I replaced them the car started and runs fine...... Either a loose fuse / bad connection...
