I drove mine after i did a coolant change and i just kept checking and refilling the reservoir/radiator every day until the levels stayed correct and regularly checked for leaks around the coolant system hoses and connections. Remember to keep spare coolant in a bottle in your car just in case...

Hi all, I have heard of K12 micras that haven't been regularly serviced suffering from timing chain stretch and it costs £1000/$2069 to fix! If you are looking to buy a K12 micra buy one with a full service history and then you won't get timing chain problems as it has been well serviced.

I had the same problem. I don't use the NATS keyfobs anymore i just use the ignition key to lock/unlock the car. I reprogrammed my keyfobs using the micra owner manual guidelines they worked for a while and then didn't work again after that. To use the ignition key to unlock the car instead...
