So I finally set up my audio, well, attempted to. I currently have everything working on my

> Sony CDX-GT300

And I have also invested in a JBL Sub and Speaker package.

> GTO2000 Amp
> GT4-12 Sub

I was also talked into a "30 Amp (360 Watt Max) Complete Amplifier Wiring Kit," £20 and including:

> 5m x 4.6mm² Red Power Cable
> 1m x 4.5mm² Black Earth Cable
> 5m Double Screened Phono Cable
> 5m Remote Switch Lead
> 6m x 0.75mm² OFC Speaker Cable
> Blade Fuse Holder
> 15, 20 and 30 Amp Blade Fuses
> Terminals for speaker connections

What do I do with all this stuff to get it working!? And if i'm missing something, what is it, and where do i put it?

I have no idea. Theres just too much to handle all at once, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

Red cable goes to your positive on the battery with the fuse in it (fuse closest to battery) dunno what fuse 2 use tho
Black goes from amp to somewhere on the bodywork, a bolt or scre or something
Phono leads go from pre-amp output on HU into Amp
Remote switch goes from remote on HU (if no remote on HU, into Ignition Live)into Amp
speaker cable from amp to speaker

Awesome, cheers Ollie, mucho appreciation. (Y)

I'll sort it out tomorrow :)

I think I may have a quibble about my amp --> sub, but I think that'll be sorted out tomorrow evening...

Basically, the box which came with the sub and amp has a cable inside it for linking up to the sub itself. I couldn't figure out how to attach the cables to the sub. The guy next door said to use a crimper and clip, do you think that's be okay? ^^
