Weird unidentifiable issue with CR12 K12 1.2

I recently had a overhearing issue with the car... I took the radiator out and flushed it because coolant did not flow correctly and that was repaired. So then my car started having some weird issue that I cannot identify. The issue is; the engine won’t rev up. I don’t know if it might be the throttle sensor or the throttle body.
