has anyone had the trouble of there headlights not working very well ? ive found these bulbs on ebay has anyone used them before are they better than the standard ones?

Don't know if you can use 100 watts mate, catch your wiring on fire maybe????
I put similar on my other micra a while back, a white light....didn't go a bundle on them personally.
When you say not working very well, what do you mean ????

just mean they arnt the brightest put new builbs in but dont really make a difference so was just wondering what brighter lights i could get

I don't think you can just up the wattage, the wiring can't take it, you may melt your bulb holders as well.

the legal wattage is 60/55w

for brighter bulbs, people tend to buy the following night breakers from osram:

They are expensive though, there are some phillips ones too

I've run Osram NightBreakers for years and rate them highly.
I also used to run 100w H4 bulbs and although the wires and connector didn't melt there was a real risk

Had 100w that blew up all time. Correct wattage for car is 55w. Get blue ones they brighter. Or like above nightbreakers

I run the Osram night breakers like skymera. They're a lot better. Make sure your connections are clean and that the earth is good at the connector. Bad contacts cause dim lights and burnt connector plugs.
