Trolley Jack .. where to lift from?

Hi Guy's .. new member here and festive greetings to you all :)

Can someone give me a little advice please?

I want to swap the wheels round on my K12 (back to front and front to back) for the winter as the rear ones have more tread with the car being front wheel drive.
I'm planning of using a trolley jack to lift either the rear or front of the car and then use axle stands to take the weight so I can remove the trolley jack to lift up the other end and allow me to swap all 4 wheels at once.
Flicking through the manual I cant see any info as to using a trolley jack and don't fancy using it until I find out where to place it best.

Any tips would be appreciated

Andy

Front wheels: If you look behind the rear of the front wheel, you'll see a sort of girder that curves down towards the rear of the car. I use the bit where the curve flattens off at the bottom of the curve.

Rear wheels: You should see an inverted V shaped channel that runs across the car with a round bar nestled in it. Use this.
