sun roof lubrication

I have a factory fitted sun roof on both of my micra's , the tilt works fine , but the slide has got a bit juddery and sticky ... is there a way to lubricate the sun roof ?
I have tried some grease on the parts I can see but its not done the job

have you try dry lubricate powder.. u can buy in locksmith.. about 10$..

whats confusing me ... are there bits under the main roof I need to get to in order to lub it ???
