Is it easy to fit a non airbag steering wheel onto a K11 with an airbag? Will this cause any problems?

you can yes...though without additional tweaking your horn push wont work, and the airbag light will be on. (both easyish fix)

most dodgy bit, is removing the airbag itself...which again isnt hard, you just require patience and follow a set procedure so you dont set it off.

na it easy. jus get a boss off ebay any steering wheel and take the airbag out!! but disconnect the battery first just in case!! ull have to get a push button horn for your make of steering wheel! and the its just a case of wiring the horn up and gettin the airbag light to go out!! what i done with mine was took my sr clocks apart and removed the airbag light led's off the circuit board!! thats about the hards part really!! ow u will need some security torques bits though!!
