Seized exhaust bolts

Hi this is my first post! I am 14 and have had a mot failure Micra to run around the farm in for 3 years now. Recently I moved it into a garage and started to work on it. One of the things I want to do is change the exhaust but I went to take the bolts off and there seized solid can't move them at all any ideas on how to get them off prefer not to cut them

Hi, give them a good spray of wd40 or similar leave overnight to soak in, then use a hot air gun with extreme care, regarding fuel lines, electric cables, etc, don't rush it, spay again if needed and heat again, good luck.
