Roof/gutter trims

I've not posted for many moons on here but I'm still a Micra fan !
Anyway, can someone help advise how to remove the black trims on top of the roof on a K11 facelift that perform a similar function to gutters did on older cars?
My roof has started to go rusty just under/near the front of one, so I could do to take it off / lift it so I can treat the rot. I just don't want to mess it up by taking it off wrong & then not be able to re-fit it.

Small flat screwdriver to pry it out does the trick, removed mine on the rally car as its just wasted weight really high up.

Cheers Matt, presumably they just clip in, so can just be clipped back?
