Rocker Cover

Ok guys ive been offered this service free of charge..

Im going to get my rocker cover of my micra mirrored up so will look ACE

Ive been told ill need a rocker gasket or something as it wont seal up proper after. (unless someone has a rocker cover spare and i can buy)


Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

you will just need a new rocker cover gasket after its been taken off. very cheap

carcraft motorstores in rochdale or halfords. i got one from carcraft for a fiesta, cost 80p, without my traders discount

good find but its for the ma10 engine, k10 lol

You shouldn't need one, the rubber one is fine, some liquidgasket can also be used if you are worried though

depends on how old it is mine must have been the one from new it was all hard and cracked up so wouldt seal back up properly so i hust got a new one,,local car spares shop will have one

Bummer, saying that most of the stuff I have had off my car has been in good nick, nmaybe I am just lucky

probly parts have been serviced and new ones put on wen etc.. unless its a new car

i was thinking of possibly doing the same thing.....depending if i stick with the uk spec engine.

BMS and TMS in the Oldham Area and they dont do em. Only for the 8v ones.

Ill check Carcraft. Ive seen a rocker cover on ebay for sale.
