Replacement antenna / radio with alzheimers

Hi guys! I was wondering if anyone here has a shark fin-shaped antenna for their Micra (the kind that has to be screwed in place), and which one did you get?

I also installed a new radio, didn't touch any wires (just pulled out the cables of the old radio and put them in the new one), and it won't remember the radio station it's on or any settings.

Can anyone help with these problems?

get an electronic one that you can hide nd go for the stealth look

On the new radio swap the red and yellow wires.
One is permanent 12V for the memory. One is 12V to run the radio when the ignition is on.
You have them round the wrong way.

There will probably be connectors on the wires so that they can be swapped.
If you have got the manual for the radio, this should be shown.
