Question for the electrically savvy

Have been doing some diagnosing/resistance checks on components on my 1.4 and have come across readings with my idle air control valve/auxiliary air control valve which have got me scratching my head a little.

My haynes states readings of 20 - 24 ohms respectively at 20 degrees, I'm getting around 17.4 and 19, outside air temp here was about 16 degrees in the sun, which I left it basking in for a short while.

Are these readings pointing to a problem or am I being fickle, with them only being a couple of ohms or so out and it being slightly cooler than recommended?

More mechanically minded than electrickery biased but learning by the day!
