Power cable - Sub

Hi guys been looking around at putting the power cable through the passage side. I saw on an old post that there is 2 x10mm bolts and move the black box forward. Now I have tried it but the pipes in the engine are moving and the box won't budge. Is this the air con? Any help would be appreciated.
