hello there first time using this thread. i'm looking for a exhaust system for my car i've got a micra k11 on a 2000 X plate 1.4 16v. can any1 point me to the right direction only looking for performace

you after the manifold as well? or just cat back

how much bhp do u get from cat back exhaust system

Minimal really but a good start and sound. Most people tend to start with the exhaust and airflow.

You get more from the manifold and cat back system but again you only really notice a good difference as you add other mods.

about 180 for janspeed mild steel quite a raspy note, and around 400-450 for a maniflow a deeper sound
