Just bought a 2000 1.0 16v micra. The car is in great nick for the age. 1 owner, full service history and only 49k on the clock.
This morning on the way to work the car seemed to lose power at around 70mph in 5th and slow right down to around 50ish and wouldn't go any quicker. Then when I left work there was no power in 2nd either, the car then seemed to pick up and was fine. It's definitely an intermittent problem.
Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be?
