So my cars just had the sills looked at and welded what needs to 've welded along with the front Cross member what over things do they commonly fail on ?

Not a lot really mate, stick it in and see what happens.
You have 10 days I think to fix any problems, around here we don't get a re-test fee, so it's a no brainer really.
