Got my 2nd MOT tomorrow in Wigan and I'm slightly nervous. It's only 4 years old but it's done nearly 88,000 miles. Just dreading the 'Yes Mr Wood, the emission levels are superb but it does need four new dampers which at current Nissan prices will set you back around £14,000,000 each plus fitting costs' :wow:.

Well she passed! 3 advisories - both rear brakes need cleaning out and/or adjusting and a chip in the windscreen not in zone A. Emissions were:
Fast idle:
C0 - 0.004 out of 0.2 allowed.
Lambda - 1.000 out of 0.970-1.300 allowed.
HC - 9 out of 200 allowed.
Natural idle:
C0 - 0.004 out of 0.300 allowed.
Might go and clean out the drums now.
