Just gave LWC the 200,000km service. Yay! Still going strong! Used full synthetic oil this time.
"Mineral oil" Mobil Super XHP 10w-40: Not pleased with the oil I took out, black and yukky, it's the only oil brand I have had to top up in 11 years!!! Previous oils: Magnatec, GTX3, Pennzoil.
"Synthetic oil" Fuchs Titan Super GTO 10w-30: German, has Merc/Porshe/Audi/VW endorsement. I noticed the car engine revs more freely. Only $40/5L c/w $50 for Shell/Mobil/etc.
"E10 fuel" has 10% ethanol (alcohol). LWC seems to like it, engine feels smooth (could be a power loss due to lower energy content).
Anybody tried E10? Does it go better in a turbo car, less ping?
