there are some of these for the micra on ebay, for the 93-98 i have a t reg 99 are the bas plates much different??

afaik they are identical size.

It also mentions nothing about base plates so I would be very wary about them.

You would need to custom make the base plates.

If this helps, I have bought these. I emailed the seller regarding base plates - and he said they were included and just fit as a direct replacement. Should be getting mine tomorrow.
