Lowering k10

Hi I just got my 1st k10 and it need to go lower so I just wanted to ask this part from the 35mm lowering springs on eBay and corsa b and i think i heard mk3 golf coilovers with a bit off modding is there anythink else out there people are running. Part from cut spring I would but I have my 3 year girl in the car most off the time so don't won't to trust them thanks
