K12 Thermostat - Offset?!

Hi guys,
I have took off the old thermostat and its a genuine Nissan one rating 82°, and it is offset. Now all the ones listed at the motors factors are not offset and rating 88°.

Can you shed some light on what is the correct replacement thermostat I need?

Is it possible that someone else has fitted the wrong one to your car currently?

Which engine size and year is it?

Its a genuine Nissan one so I doubt its been changed since new, as its low enough mileage, its a 1.2L Auto and the 2004 model (March, Import).
