K11 (pre-facelift) cup holder

Has one got a universal cup holder in their K11 (pre-facelift) they use..
I know there is a KDM version, but very rare.
At the moment just looking for a cup holder which actually works.
Just bought one from EBAY via china & the clips are too short. Doesn't sit well in my K11 heater vents.

There are center console armrest on ebay and if you buy the right one they have a cup holder in the rear, depends on if you are up for making it fit.

I'm struggling with a pre facelift lack of cupholders too.. Would love the JDM dash top setup but as said, rare here

I'm using instead a holder that clips over the top of the door card, under the window rubber. It isn't ideal but does the job and was really cheap. Think it came from either tescos value or £shop/£land. Grey plastic cage to fit a can or 600ml bottle.
I don't trust the air vent blades with the weight of a mug or bottle.
