K10 electrical problems

Hi guys got a couple of small problems, the horn used to work but now its packed up, and one of the numberplate lights went, and now the other one has gone, replaced them both but still not working.

Not the best with electrics, got a multimeter but always get confused what does what!!

Any help appreciated.

Fuses, check the fuses. Then check the earths, the main earth (where the - lead from the battery bolts onto the chassis leg) is prone to rust. The horns are right behind the bumper, under the headlights and get covered in rain, salt and all sorts of crap so they (if the fuses and earths are fine) may want taking off and cleaning up where they meet the body.
Some of the electrical items on the k10 are not labelled on the fuse box, e.g. the fuse marked "Radio" also feeds the interior light.
