Installing better shock absorbers/springs/suspension

Hi all

I've got a 2006 nissan note (which i understand to be quite similar to the K12 Micra...shockingly similar after comparing the innards/chassis' of the pair)

I was wondering if anyone had any experience installing any shock absorbers/suspension that would be soften the ride of my Note

at the moment its way too rough in all honesty, the old almera (N16) i used to have was considerably more comfortable than the note

any advice?

You should have specified what type of advice you want. Well on which base do you want advice? Products or installing procedures and experiences? Things to do and not to do?

the reason it feels so rough could be that the suspension is in fact in good condition tyres could also be over inflated.

It could also be that British roads are in a shocking condition.....
