Hose from Manual Trans

I inspected the hoses under the hood today and noticed there is a hose coming from the top of the manual transmission (vacuum hose maybe)...and the other end is just tied to the intake pipe with a strap but isnt connected to anything...is this a vacuum hose for the transmission that should be connected somewhere???? pic to follow...

It's the breather. Good to see it's still got it's hose.

Yeah just let it vent out of the way somewhere. Should be roughly in the correct position if you haven't had to touch it before.

yeah its just a breather hose. if u look in the bottom of the air box there should be a hole that it just slides into to. I dont think it makes much difference anyway but there u go.

Its a breather hose, just make sure no water can get into it and it will be fine :]
