Head lights again!!!!!

My sons K11 has ye old left side dippped beam not working problem.
Royal pain as he is due to drive it back to uni next week.
i have taken of the relay cover and notice that at dim it's ok, then at dipped it starts to click, no light.
i have also checked the fuses , holders and wiring and it looks ok. I even tried taking a common live from the right side, but this did'nt work, just blew tha fuse.
i think somebody has had a go at sorting it before, as there are additional wires from the stork switch.
It all seems a bit of overkill anyway, has any-one tried just wiring straight from the stork?

So the side lights work and the dipped dont?

Yes, the side and full beam are workig both sides, it's only the left side dip, and sometimes even it works, but only for a mo.

i had this same problem and it turned out to be a broken wire underneath the fuse box which is a not really noticable unless your looking for it

now it won't start!!

My daughter got in today, turned key nowt!
Tried later, everything is working until key turns, u can hear the relays click, but the starter is not engaging. The immo was velcroed onto the dim/dip relay and i took it off when looking at the box. Have checked wiring quickly, no sign of a prob. i did'nt think that the immo was connected so am i barking up the wrong tree????
