glove box

how do u take out the glove box?

finlay got started on painting the dash an cant get the glove box out! was drivin me up the wall lol

Moved to the correct section.

stick your head in the foot well and you will find two plastic pins holding it in. With alot of swearing and difficultly you will be able to pull them out. The open the glovebox and pull the glovebox out.

It took me nearly an hour to get mine out, blooming thing!

i never put the pins back in on mine cos i'm always taking it out

you'll have to do a kind of lifty twisty thing to get it out after you've removed the pins

I had the seat out and was lying down with my head underneath and a torch pointing upwards!

lol why didn't i think of that i was doing some kind of head stand on the passenger seat lol, looked a rite muppet hense why i never put the pins back

It was only because I was fitting all the wiring along the length of my car.....!

yea unfortunatly i tried to take out my glovebox first lol,

i recently took out the whole dash, carpet, seats etc to run all my wires lol, but now my micra is computer controled.... hmm that might be a bad thing lol
