Gearbox/Engine mounts?

Hey guys, noticed this little tapping tapping when coming off throttle with the CG13?

I showed my brother and he suggested that it could be a mount.

I'm not convinced it's an engine mount, when it's not in gear, and the roads a bit bumpy it wont tap, not at all! Uphill, downhill, everything! but still, only tapping when it gear, and accelerating slightly mildly!

Can someone shed some light on this?

it does sound like a mount, i had this on my first super s and found it to be the rear engine mount on the center member

this made a knocking sound when in a low gear accelerating and then letting of the throttle in a low gear.....after it had done this for a wile it eventually ripped the center member from the front cross member.

have a look at the rubber bushes in the mount if there soft and cracked they need replacing

I've no experience with mounts at all.

As far as I know, they're cheap to buy, but what's labour like?!

It's alright guys, it was worse haha. New gearbox will be fitted by monday, diff bearing were on their way out apparently! Not too bothered as the car was a steal heh.
